Casumo, a long-standing collaborator of Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), has announced an expansion of their partnership. The current agreement, which was initially focused on GiG's iGaming platform provision, has been expanded to include a broader range of solutions from GiG's portfolio.
GiG's frontend and marketing managed services, which include sophisticated customer relationship management, search engine optimisation, affiliate management, and casino lobby capabilities, are now included in the enhanced collaboration.
GiG's platform also includes AI-led features that enable intelligent decision-making, providing insights that are intended to inform strategic decisions and improve retention capabilities. Casumo will employ these new tools to fuel growth and solidify its position in the online gaming market as part of the expanded partnership.
Furthermore, GiG's account and commercial support will be extended to Casumo's Dunder brand, with the intention of leveraging GiG's expertise to prioritise the expansion of operations and growth in its core markets.
GiG's Chief Business Officer, Andrew Cochrane, expressed his appreciation for the extended and strengthened relationship with Casumo.
