In the event that this does not entice admirers to flock to the D Las Vegas, the restaurant also provides reverse BLTs and boozy milkshakes. This variation on the traditional BLT substitutes bread with weaved bacon.
Downtown Hospitality Group (DHG) is the source of these pounds of pork. DHG provides bacon for breakfast, lunch, and supper.
The bacon extravaganza menu is ablaze with 13 distinct varietals, including black truffle, chocolate, black pepper, jalapeno, barbecue, honey sriracha, and bagel flavour (yes, it's true).
In conjunction with Las Vegas Chef Josh Green, who has previously worked at Strip restaurants, Skinny Fats, and Greens and Proteins, the bacon-laden menu was developed jointly. Additionally, Chef Charlie Palmer and Chef Daniel Boulud are involved.
